2. Services and Products

2.1 Legal Services

Legal services include consultations, document drafting, and representation before Czech authorities. These services are performed by qualified attorneys in accordance with Czech regulations.

2.2 Information Products

Information products comprise digital guides, templates, and training materials designed to support business compliance and administration in the Czech Republic.

2.3 Physical Goods

Goods refer to any branded items or printed materials ordered through the Site.

4. Payment and Reimbursement Policy

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be made by available methods on the Site.

4.1 Legal Services Reimbursement

If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date, we will reimburse the full paid sum to the original method of payment within 14 calendar days of confirmation. If cancellation occurs fewer than 7 days prior, or the service is already initiated, no reimbursement will be issued, due to the preparatory work and allocation of legal resources.

4.2 Information Products Reimbursement

Requests for reimbursement of information products must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. To qualify, digital content must remain unused and undownloaded. Reimbursements are processed within 7 calendar days of approval.

4.3 Goods Reimbursement

Physical goods may be eligible for reimbursement only if defective or damaged upon receipt. You must notify us in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. Upon inspection, we will arrange a replacement or reimburse the amount paid, processed within 14 calendar days.

5. Non-Reimbursable Services

Certain urgent filings and bespoke representation tasks require immediate action and exclusive allocation of attorney time. Once such a service is engaged, it is deemed non-reimbursable, as resources are committed and deadlines cannot be altered.

6. Transfer of Services

Legal services may be transferred to another party at our discretion, provided that a written request is submitted at least 10 calendar days before the original engagement date. Transfer requests are subject to our acceptance and may involve administrative charges.

7. Amendments to Terms

LegalVisionIc reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Site. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Prague.
